Tulsa Educare, Inc.
Tulsa Educare, Incorporated (TEI) is a newly incorporated not-for-profit organization created to provide high-quality early childhood education and care to low-income families living in Tulsa. TEI was created through a partnership with Community Action Project of Tulsa County (CAP), Family and Children's Services, the Tulsa Community Foundation and Oklahoma University Pediatrics.

The Tulsa Educare Center is located in the Kendall-Whittier neighborhood and serves 200 low-income children in a state-of-the-art learning center, providing a range of educational, medical, and social-emotional supports for each child and family.

The Center serves as a model of excellence supported by both the public and private sectors, especially the George Kaiser Family Foundation, in Tulsa and illustrates the impact that high quality early education can have on children's lives.

Services provided are not just limited to children, but also concentrate on the needs of families caring for their children. Educare programs and facilities continue to grow in the Tulsa area to accommodate the needs of hundreds of families in need.
