Tulsa is developing a comprehensive plan to guide the physical development of the city's neighborhoods and districts. Involving the citizens of Tulsa in the planning stages, Tulsa truly belongs to its citizens who work collaboratively to enhance all aspects of the city in which they have strong ties.
