CEO Roundtables are an initiative of the Chamber's Small Business Council
CEO Roundtables are groups of eight non-competitive CEOs (or equivalents) who serve as each other’s advisory board and support unit. Roundtables are self-governing groups that meet monthly for at least two hours to share best practices and exchange ideas in a confidential setting.
The goal of the CEO Roundtable is simply to make all participating CEOs more effective personally and professionally. Participants will receive encouragement, feedback and resources to assist them with leadership challenges in today's business climate.
Tulsa Metro Chamber provides facilitator and group training but does not participate directly in the groups. Chamber staff will survey participants regularly to ensure the groups are beneficial and functioning to the satisfaction of all group members.
Criteria to participate
Applications are reviewed by Chamber staff and Small Business Council representatives to ensure each group of eight has non-competitive participants. If members choose to do business with each other, this must be disclosed to the group.
All members are required to sign a confidentiality agreement. Breach of confidentiality will lead to immediate expulsion from the group.
