Education attainment is the biggest predictor of success for cities today. In fact, a 1 percentage point increase in college graduates - just 5,900 additional graduates - attained in the Tulsa region would increase annual per capita income levels and would create an overall impact of $646 million annually.

CEOs for Cities, a national network of urban leaders dedicated to building and sustaining the next generation of great American cities, has calculated the Talent Dividend for each of the nation’s top 51 metro area, including Tulsa.

Tulsa is now part of the National Talent Dividend Network and has set a goal to increase the number of college graduates in the region by one percentage point.
